How we build the daily market wrap (and why it is not a rewrite of someone else's headline)
By Coinucation Editorial · Published Oct 6, 2026, 12:00 UTC · 4 min read
Most crypto "news" sites publish the same story thirty times a day with different headlines. We wanted the opposite: one short, dated, factual summary of what the market actually did, built from numbers we control and can show our work on.
What goes into a wrap
Each wrap is generated at 00:30 UTC from those tables:
- Majors. Price and 24-hour change for Bitcoin$83,209, Ethereum$2,560, Solana, XRP and BNB, with a seven-day sparkline.
- Movers. The five biggest gainers and losers among the top 100 by market cap, filtered to coins with at least $5M of daily volume so illiquid tokens do not dominate.
- Flows. Net US spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF flows for the period, summed across every fund we track.
- Network. The average Ethereum gas price over the period, in gwei, from our own samples.
- Wire. A handful of the most covered headlines, linked to the original outlet.
What we deliberately leave out
We do not add price targets, we do not quote anonymous analysts, and we do not speculate on why a coin moved unless the data shows it (for example, a large ETF inflow on the same day). The weekly review, published Mondays, is where we connect the dots over a longer window.
Corrections
If a number looks wrong, the timestamp on the post tells you exactly which sample it came from. Write to editorial@coinucation.com and we will check the source table and correct the post.
