How the index is computed
Take the top 50 coins by market cap, drop Bitcoin, stablecoins, wrapped and staked derivatives, and compare each one's 90-day return with Bitcoin's. The score is the percentage that beat it. Returns use Coinucation's own daily closes for the start of the window and the live price for today, so the reading moves with the market during the day. The weekly history re-runs the same calculation on past windows.
Reading it
Above 75 means capital is rotating broadly into altcoins, which usually happens late in a cycle after Bitcoin has already run. Below 25 means Bitcoin is outperforming almost everything, typical of early recoveries and of risk-off periods when altcoins fall faster. The index measures breadth, not direction: a score of 90 can occur while everything is falling if Bitcoin falls fastest.
